U.S. Housing Market Major Boost for 2015

1.) Lowest interest rates are coming to an end. Borrow "now or never."
2.) Pent up demand in the 35 to 39 age range.
3.) Millennials are ready to bust out from staying at home and from high rental prices.
4.) College educated employment.
5.) American workers earning jumped significantly above trend.
6.) Low end income spectrum: hiked minimum wages and raises.
7.) Homebuilding stocks trading higher.
8.) Stock market participation is broadening out.
9.) Credit standards are easing.
10.) Ground breaking on new homes continue to increase.
With the majority of the 1st quarter behind us, it is indeed noted that
"a housing market uptick is already in progress."
