S&P and Experian Data Shows Default Rates Hit New Lows in May.
Recently released data from S&P Dow Jones Indicesand Experian shows that default rates across the country and across the financial spectrum aren’t just on a steady decline, they hit new lows in May.

U.S. Housing Market Major Boost for 2015
Specifically single family homes, & especially among 1st time buyers.
"Housing market could go ballistic this spring"

1.) Lowest interest rates are coming to an end. Borrow "now or never."
2.) Pent up demand in the 35 to 39 age range.
3.) Millennials are ready to bust out from staying at home and from high rental prices.
4.) College educated employment.
5.) American workers earning jumped significantly above trend.
6.) Low end income spectrum: hiked minimum wages and raises.
7.) Homebuilding stocks trading higher.
8.) Stock market participation is broadening out.
9.) Credit standards are easing.
10.) Ground breaking on new homes continue to increase.
With the majority of the 1st quarter behind us, it is indeed noted that
"a housing market uptick is already in progress."
