Are Canadians Buying fewer Homes?

National Association of realtors:
Canadian's investment in U.S. properties has been decreasing steadily...
...due to:
1).  Unfavorable exchange rates, and
2).  Increasing U.S. home prices.

Many Canadians "already bought" in the favorable 2011-2013 conditions; and they are now:
1.)  selling for a profit or
2.)  sitting comfortable with the option to sell for a profit.

Eight out of 10 Canadian buyers bought their U.S. homes for vacation or investment purposes, so Florida remains popular and is still of interest.

RE/MAX agents are more than twice as productive (2016 REAL Trends 500 survey)

The 29th annual 2016 REAL Trends 500 survey shows that RE/MAX agents are more than twice as productive as the average of all other agents in the report.

“Year after year, national surveys show that RE/MAX agents sell more residential real estate than their competitors and this year is no different,” said Dave Liniger, CEO, Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of RE/MAX, LLC. “The RE/MAX business model and our many tools, resources and comprehensive training are very attractive to productive agents.

Consumers have made their choice and that’s why RE/MAX agents continue to out-perform their competitors.”
